The Full Story
We are Tintype Photographers who have a studio in Skagway, Alaska during the cruise ship season from late April to late September.
We use the same methods started in 1851 to create photos directly on to aluminum. This Process is called Wet Plate Collodion.
When we are not in Skagway we are based out of Northern Idaho. We then travel around the lower 48 contiguous states doing pop-ups, landscapes and whatever we feel like capturing in this historic process.
